A. We have located lost funds that we believe may belong to you, your family or your business. Contact us ASAP – we can then determine of you are the rightful owner of the lost funds, and if so, recover your money for you.

If you are confident that the funds do not belong to you, please contact us to let us know. We can then remove your name and address from our database to prevent any further unnecessary correspondence.

A. Absolutely not. We are an Australian owned and operated business, established in 2008 and based in Sydney. We are registered with ASIC (The Australian Securities and Investments Commission) and the NSW Department of Fair Trading. Furthermore, we regularly liaise with government departments and legal entities as part of the recovery process, during which we have built up a positive reputation in our industry.

Furthermore, we do not ask for any money upfront and do not require your bank details to recover your lost funds. Beware of any firms that ask for a fee upfront.

If you are still concerned, please give us a call and let us put your mind at rest.

A. We use publicly available databases, the White/Yellow Pages online, LinkedIn, Facebook and other online tools to locate and contact individuals and companies. We even use old telephone directories! We do not breach Privacy Laws in obtaining this information.

A: No, we do not ask for money upfront. We only receive our commission when you get paid. Again, beware of any firms that ask for a fee upfront or in return for information about the lost funds.

A: There are many reasons you could have outstanding money, including (but not limited to): distributions from Deceased Estates, property settlements, old/forgotten investments or bank accounts, lost superannuation, council refunds, insurance claims/payouts, security deposits, lottery winnings, unpresented cheques, dividends, etc.

There will be no charge. We go to great lengths to recover your funds, but sometimes, due to a lack of ownership proof for example, we are not able to recover your money. If this happens, there is no fee payable.

A: Each recovery is unique. It is best if you contact us to find out what you need to provide to prove ownership of the funds.

A: As most of the lost funds are from many years ago, you may no longer have proof of the address that is recorded. This is more common that you may think and as such, we have built up extensive experience in this area. Contact our office and we will explain how we can help.

A: It depends on the situation, the organisation(s) and the regulations we are dealing with. Often certified copies are required, but there are often many people (not just JPs) who can certify copies of documents. Contact our office for details.

A: If you have any questions which are not listed above, please contact our office. We look forward to hearing from you.
